Vivian brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background to Myers Miller & Krauskopf, LLC. As a critical care nurse, real estate broker and former continuing education instructor, Vivian has developed many valuable skills. She has translated those skills to the civil litigation arena and has tried jury cases to verdict and handled complex multi-party litigation. She has successfully represented clients in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability and pharmaceutical litigation as well as nursing home and assisted living litigation.

Vivian served as law clerk to the Honorable Samuel J. Betar, III and the Honorable Nathaniel R. Howse.

Vivian makes it a priority to give back to the legal profession. She is Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Medical-Legal Relations Committee, and serves on committees for various bar associations. She has lectured in various settings, including the Circuit Court of Cook County Minority Law Students Forum, hosted by the Honorable Judge Timothy Evans; John Marshall Law School; and various colleges and local high schools.
