Prior to joining the firm, Johanna was a prosecutor for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. She acquired significant litigation and trial experience through her work as a lead Assistant State's Attorney in the Juvenile Justice Bureau and the Sex Crimes Division of the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau. As an Assistant State's Attorney, Johanna also achieved meaningful appellate experience through her appearances before the First District Illinois Appellate Court. Johanna is fluent in French.

Johanna represents clients in the areas of municipal liability defense, insurance defense and construction liability defense.
